Our cat hotel allows all of our furry guests to free roam in a secured entertainment area during the day. They have access to the outdoor greenery garden to soak up all that natural light if they want! We also accompany and play with them daily to keep them well stimulated.

Our cat guests’ health and wellbeing are our utmost priority, hence we keep our cat boarding area at the highest level of hygiene standard. All of our guests have their own private litter boxes and all meals are served in their respective rooms as ‘room service’.
Guess what? Our service doesn’t end there. We will also send you regular updates of your fur baby up to three times a week, so that you can travel with a peace of mind.

Can I bring my cats own food?
We encourage owners to bring in their usual diet for boarding as cats can be sensitive to diet changes, we can also cater for your fur baby for convenience! We have premium wet food & three dry food options available:

We cater per/can or per/kg rather than per/day, so you can take the rest home upon check out! If you want to try our premium wet food or require less than 1kg, we are more than happy to accommodate, just speak to one of our friendly staff.
How long can my cat stay?
Your cat is welcome to stay as long as required, we will make sure your fur baby is well taken care of and we will looked after them just like our own.
What are the prices of the cat hotel?

60,000/IDR day for the standard room (max. 1 cat)
78,000/IDR day for the deluxe room (max. 2 cats of the same family)
148,000/IDR day for the luxury walk-in room with a private garden (max. 3 cats of the same family)
Please kindly note that the above prices do not include cat food and are intended for 1 cat only. Any additional cats (in the same room) would be charged at 30,000/IDR day.
We do not have any other additional or hidden costs such as holiday tariffs, grooming add-ons or senior care rates. However, we can provide services to arrange catering or medication for your convenience too, just ask!
Can I come in for a tour of the cat hotel?
Anyone is welcomed, in fact, we encourage you to come pay us a visit! Be it just to cuddle some lovely rescued cats, have a coffee or a tour to the boarding facilities, our friendly staff is always here to welcome you and your love ones.
Can I bring in my cats medications?
Yes, absolutely! In fact, we have a lot of clients want us to look after their pets post-operatively due to our professionalism and better environment than the vet clinics. Prior to check in, we would kindly ask you to fill in a questionnaire detailing all the requirements of your pet so that we know how to best look after them. Our professional staff are highly trained, so they can also administer medications or look after cats with special requirements.
What vaccines do you require for cats?
In order to best look after your pet and also others in our facility:
- Your pet’s vaccination must be up to date with Rabies and FVR-CP within 1 year. You must provide evidence of such prior to check in;
- Your pet must be in good health condition;
- Your pet must have no skin or contagious diseases;
- Your pet must be treated for fleas and worms or we can provide an additional service to de-flea/de-worm your pet(s) upon check in.
How should I prepare my cat for their boarding stay?
Our cat boarding facility has a capacity to ensure our high standards and quality of care, so it would important for you to reach out to us early. Prior to check in, we would kindly ask you to fill in a questionnaire detailing all the requirements of your pet, so that we know how to best look after them. Fill in the form early and prepare enough medications or whatever you need specifically for your fur baby would help us tremendously.
